Mental Health Office Manager

Madison Neuropsychological Services, LLC (MNS) is seeking a part-time office manager to organize and coordinate daily administration duties for a small yet vibrant private mental health practice. Position includes flexible weekday hours in a cooperative work environment.

MNS is dedicated to providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for patients across the lifespan in efforts to seek diagnostic clarification and inform treatment recommendations. We value each person as a unique individual and tailor our assessment sessions to meet the needs of each patient. We aim to provide compassionate and prompt services to patients, their families/caregivers, and referring providers

Typical Job Duties, but are not limited to:

  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Manage office email, mail, phone, and faxes.
  • Conduct phone-based initial intake assessments
  • Prepare patient files and intake paperwork packets
  • Maintain and order supply lists
  • Assist in practice marketing and referral connections
  • Maintain patient confidentiality practices via HIPPA guidelines

Requirements for the Office Management Position

  • Anticipated Start-Date: July/August 2019
  • Applicant must have obtained a two-year college degree or higher
  • Availability to work 15-20 hours per week
  • Must have access to reliable transportation to/from the west side of Madison
  • Must be comfortable working in a mental health setting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) is required
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly salary
  • Given that MNS is a small neuropsychology private-practice, traditional benefits, including healthcare and 401K are NOT offered; Annual bonuses are awarded based upon productivity and length of employment
