New Therapy Patients

How do I get started?

Step 1. If you are a new patient at MNS seeking ongoing psychotherapy services, please call our office manager, Jessica Collins at 608-841-1606 and request to do a therapy phone screener.

Step 2. The phone screener is a 2-3 minute conversation to gather contact information, your goals for therapy and a safety screener.

Step 3. Our therapy providers will review the screener to see if they can provide services that you are looking for. We will call you back within 1-2 business days to follow up.

Fees

Madison Neuropsychological Services is an approved provider for various local and national health insurance plans; we also accept out-of-network insurance as well as fee-for service payment. Please see our Financial Section for more information.

Emergency Mental Health Support

MNS recognizes that while all clients may periodically encounter times of increased stress and a need for more support, we do not have a 24-hour crisis line.

If you are someone who will need regular support outside of session time, we are not likely the right providers for you. We encourage you to seek out support from an agency that has a 24-hour crisis line. Time spent outside of sessions will be prorated in 15-minute increments.
